The registration fee covers your entrance to all workshops, awards luncheon on April 1st, and networking social on March 31st. Additionally, CEU fees, and handouts (if provided by presenters) are included in the cost of registration.

Will there be transportation for the off-site hotels to the Abilene Convention Center?
The contract hotel can provide transportation from the hotel to the convention center. You will need to contact the hotel staff to schedule transportation. Do not book your hotel until you review the list.
Do I have to be scanned in for CEU sessions?
We are trying something new this year. We will not have name tags, your conference bag will have a space for you to put your name. Everyone will sign a verification form when entering a class. You must ensure that you are signed into every class you attend. Law Enforcement must sign in with the TCOLE committee member.
How do I get my CEUs?
We are trying something new here too. On the conference app, for each class there will be a survey. When class is over, a volunteer will provide you a password to enter the survey. After completing the survey a class certificate will be emailed to you. At the end of the conference, please complete the overall conference survey so that we know how we can better serve you. All attendees are responsible for turning in their own hours for the conference.
How many continuing education hours will I get?
There is the possibility of earning 11 CEUs (3 Ethics) if you attend all the classes and luncheon.
